Great small grain live sand

First time ordering from Florida Pets. The sand has a very small grain size. It is similar to oolite. It did look like it is live sand but I did not see any small hitchhikers in the delivered sand. It also did not have a strong ocean smell even though the sand was shipped within saltwater. Only time will tell if the beneficial bacteria leads to a successful cycle of my new tank.

I did not receive a confirmation email from Florida Pets after ordering but I did receive a 2 day shipment notification for this order from FedEx because I setup notifications from my FedEx account.
