Gold Mystery snails are fantastic looking and great workers for fresh water tanks, and ponds. Gold Mystery snails have a great color and will stand out in a planted aquarium. They are better suited for ponds or very large aquariums. These snails are a larger snail, will attain the size of a ping pong ball. They also consume a lot of algae and decaying plant material. They do reproduce, but it is more easily accomplished in a pond setting. If you need to remove a lot of algae or reduce plant litter, I recommend these guys.
